Observation: Wet dishes are placed on a dish towel to dry.
Corrective Action: Obtain a proper dish drying rack.

Comments:

A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Facility is clean and well maintained.
- Beach sanitizing solution is used on counters - measured 100ppm.
- Hand washing supplies are provided (soap, paper towel and hot water).
- Menu consists of blended drinks only.
- Refrigeration and freezer units measured 4C or less.
- No concerns were noted with food storage or handling.
- All equipment is in good working order.
- No signs of pest activity were noted within premises.
- Foodsafe trained staff were on site at time of inspection.
- Single-use cups are used for drinks, plastic cups are used for samples.
- Ensure utensils and plastic cups are run through a full cycle in the dishwasher between uses. Ensure dishwasher sanitized indicator light illuminates after each cycle.
