Corrective Action: Developing a sanitation plan specific for this facility will help to ensure that all areas are cleaned on a consistent basis.

Observation: The thermometer for the line cooler has gone missing again.
Corrective Action: All staff must be made aware that thermometers are not to be removed from coolers.

Comments:

Items Corrected from Previous Report:

1. Labeled bottles of sanitizing solution are at all work stations and tested 200ppm quat.
2. Temperature logs for the coolers are up to date.
3. Caulking around all sinks has been replaced.
4. The molding along the floor next to the hand sink has been re-attached to the wall.
5. Missing ceiling tiles have been replaced.
6. Mops are now hung to dry.

As per last report, shelving must be installed for the storage of pizza boxes so staff can easily clean floors.
