Comments:

Following items from the previous inspection report has been addressed:
1. Test strips to measure sanitizer concentration have been provided. The operator advised to maintain daily logs for the sanitizer concentrations from the sanitizer dispenser.
2. According to the operator, the wiping clothes are now stored in the sanitizer solution in between the uses. At the time of this inspection, no active food handling was going on in the back room kitchen.
3. The daily temperature logs are now being maintained for the front service area.
4. The ice wands are being stored in a clean container.
5. The recycling containers have be relocated to make the hand washing sink accessible.
6. According to the operator, the mop bucket is being emptied in the janitorial sink instead of the storm drain. Lowering of the janitorial sink is highly recommended to make it convenient to use and to avoid a splash.
