Observation: The shatterproof light covers are missing in the dishwashing area.
Corrective Action: Replace the light covers.

Observation: There is a hole in the wall by the baseboard behind the garbage can in the dishwashing area. There is a build-up of food debris and filth and the area has a bad odor. Fruit flies were also noted.
Corrective Action: Clean and repair the area.

Observation: The vent cover in the ceiling over the panini grill is very dusty.
Corrective Action: Clean the vent cover.

Comments:

Handwashing supplies are provided. Sanitizing solution measured 200ppm quat. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measured >71C at the plate.
All temperatures met regulatory requirements, thermometers were noted in coolers and temp logs are kept daily.
General sanitation of the area was acceptable. No signs of pests apart from fruit flies noted in dishwash area.
