Comments:
1.Generally a clean and well maintained facility.
2.All temperatures are meeting health requirements. Temperature logs and sanitation logs are being maintained.
3.The dishwasher is sanitizing at > 71 Degree Celsius as measured on the dishes.
4. The glass washer on the bar is sanitizing at 12.5 ppm iodine concentration. The iodine test strips are available to monitor the sanitizer concentration in the glass washer.
5. All the hand washing stations are equipped with soap and paper towels.
