Corrective Action: Bleach is available on site. Prepare a 100ppm solution in a spray bottle and use solution for sanitizing the counter on a regular basis. |
Comments:
-Facility is clean and well maintained.
-Food service is limited to smoothies only.
-Single-service cups used for food service.
-Hand sink is supplied with liquid soap and paper towel.
-The small fridge used to store smoothie ingredients was borderline. Staff were instructed to monitor the internal thermometer closely for the next 24 hours to determine if temperature adjustment or repairs may be required. All potentially hazardous foods must be stored at 4C or less.
