Ice dripping down from the freezer condenser was observed on the wirre racks and some boxes. Corrective Action: Store all raw meat below ready to eat foods. Clean the wire racks and remove all of the ice. Ensure that any water/ice dripping from the container is fixed. |
503 | Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are in good working order (Sec 16(b)) Observation: Doors for the line cooler do not seal properly, the drawers are hard to open and fall of the tracks. Corrective Action: Repair the drawers and the door seals so that they open, close and seal properly. |

Comments:
Premises is generally clean. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Glasswasher and dishwasher are functioning correctly.
