Observation: Chemical dispensing lines hang in sink and could be a cross connection to the potable water supply.
Corrective Action: Provide min 3 inch airgap between lines and sink top edge.

Observation: Bathroom door does not automatically close. Handwash sink in bakery kitchen not available because it is connected to chemical dispensing unit and garbage bins block access.Also sink is being used as janitorial sink.
Corrective Action: Install self closing hinge on bathroom door. Handwash station must be available at all times. Install a janitorial sink.

Comments:

This inspection was a follow up to that dated May 15 2006.
All refrigeration violations have been corrected.
