Corrective Action: This cannot be cleaned effectively and will lead to further deterioration of the faucet. It should now be repaired.
Observation: A back flow prevention device should be fitted to the hose presently fitted to the faucet of the blender/pitcher sink. It is unclear if a bfp device is presently fitted.
Corrective Action: This should be investigated and the appropriate device fitted to ensure risk of contamination of the building potable water supply is prevented.
