Corrective Action: Focus on behind the grill, behind and underneath the dishwasher, on the surfaces of all equipment. Re-inspection to verify cleaning of the premises wil be conducted on May 15th, 2012 |

Painting of all walls in the premisesis also required as many of these surfaces are worn, have peeling paint and cracks. Corrective Action: Re-surfacing of the floors and walls should be conducted by the end of may 2012. A reinspection will be conducted at this time. |
Comments:
All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher reaches 50ppm chlorine as required. Temperature logs are complete and up to date as required. Thank you.
