Comments:

The following items have been corrected since last inspection:
804. Screen door has been repaired
505. 1) Walk-in cooler door handle has been repaired - duct tape has been removed.
2) All food and kitchen equipment is now stored on shelving a minimum of 6 inches up off floor - to facilitate easy cleaning of floors under and behind all shelving units and equipment and inside walk-in cooler.
3) Open packages of dry-goods are stored in food-grade containers with tight-fitting lids, to prevent potential pest infestation.

Still to be done:
505. Clean all kitchen ceiling vent covers
102. 1) Floors in kitchen and walk-in cooler will be re-surfaced during winter shutdown period.
2) Waterproof backsplash to be installed behind dishpit (to be completed by July 30, 2012).
