Observation: A beer dispenser and a coffee dispenser is now installed near the cash register. The floor in this area is carpeted.
Corrective Action: Remove the carpet and provide a smooth and easily cleanable finish on the floor behind the cash register counter. The operator agreed to correct this violation within 4 months from the date of this inspection.
