Observation: Caulking behind sink in handicapped washroom needs to be resealed.
Corrective Action: Please reseal caulking behind sink in handicapped washroom, to ensure sink has tight seal against wall.

Observation: 1. Temperature log for dishwasher is not maintained on a daily basis. 2. Dishwasher water temperature displayed 132F on dishwasher temperature gauge.
Corrective Action: 1. Please ensure Temperature log is maintained on a daily basis (monitor and record daily refrigerators and dishwasher wash and sanitizing rinse temperatures). 2. Ensure dishwasher water temperature maintains 150C for wash cycle, and 180F for sanitizing cycle (as stated on manufacturer's instructions).

Other areas noted at time of inspection:

- Dishwasher recorded wash temperature of 132F and rinse temperature of 180F (thermometer recorded rinse water temperature 71C at plate level) = good.
- Clean, wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution (200ppm Quats) = good.
- Refrigerator temperatures recorded below 4C = good.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at handwash stations = good.

- Due to DOS Boil Water Notice (issued October 7, 2007) do not use tap water for drinking or ice-making. (Boil Water Notice Guidelines left with operator).Please include these guidelines in your standard operating procedures for this facility.
- Reminder: No dogs (or other animals ) permitted inside premise, or on Starbucks furniture outside premise.
- Facility clean and well organized. Facility underwent front service area renovations earlier this year.
