Comments:

This inspection done at the request of operator Edward Dangerfield. This premises has been recently expanded and renovated. At the time of this inspection, renovations are in the finishing phase and some construction related material still needs to be removed from the dining area.

Except for a new mechanical commercial dishwasher, all the construction has been done according to the approved floor plans. As per information provided by the operator, all necessary permits, including a plumbing permit for the newly installed dishwasher has been obtained from RMOW. The newly installed dishwasher still needs to be connected to the lines and then inspected by the plumbing inspector.

Other commercial dishwashers in this establishment are reaching 71 degree Celsius on the dishes.
The walk in cooler is running <4 degree Celsius.
The kitchen area has been cleaned of any construction material.

The operator can is allowed to operate provided the following items are addressed:
- The edges on the newly installed cupboards in the kitchen needs to be finished to provide smooth and easily cleaned edges.
- Remove all the construction related material from the dining area.
- Clean and sanitize all the food contact surfaces.
