Comments:

Very limited amount of food service takes place from this facility.As per information provided by the operator, the frozen rolls/patties are heated in the oven and hot held held until noon and then discarded. Brownies and rewrapped to sell to for immediate consumption. The operator advised to label the individually wrapped brownies/pastries with the best before date and storage instructions.
The bakery section of the facility is being used by another party to produce baked goods for the farmer's market.
1. No signs of any pest infestation.
2. The sanitizer dispenser providing 200 ppm quat solution.
3. No concerns identified with the food storage practices.
4. Probe food thermometer available.

The operator is requested to forward a copy of the Foodsafe certificates of the food handlers to the Environmental Health Officer.
