Comments:
The line cooler is still not repaired. According to the manager, getting the cooler repair is a priority and everything possible is being done to ensure that the line cooler is repaired. The documents related to the previous failed attempts to repair the line cooler were available at the time of this inspection. Discussed with the manger the handling procedures to ensure that the potentially hazardous items on the line cooler inserts. The operator is advised to ensure that all potentially hazardous items on the line cooler inserts are discarded after 2 hrs.
All other outstanding items has been corrected.
