Corrective Action: Keep hoses attached to mop sink tap, outside of sink.

Observation: Ice scoop observed stored in a container with other tools/equipment.
Corrective Action: Ice scoop to be stored in a sanitary manner. Store ice scoop in a designated, washable, food-grade container.

Comments:

The following items noted at time of inspection (in compliance with Regulations):
- Liquid handsoap and paper towel provided at handwash sinks
- Dishwasher provides 100ppm chlorine in sanitizing rinse
- Quats sanitizer used in spray bottles for wiping food contact surfaces (200ppm Quats)
- Fridge temp (walk-in cooler) below 4C
- Stand-up refrigerator temperature recorded 3C
- Temperature logs maintained daily
- Freezer temperature below -18C
- Cooked soups hot-holding above 70C
- Soups re-heated on stove to boiling temperature, then transferred to hot-holding unit (as per food Safety Plan)
- Chemicals and cleaning products stored in designated cupboard with door
- Foodsafe certified staff on-site
