The sanitizer dispenser is not dispensing any detectable sanitizer in the solution. Corrective Action: Sanitizer spray bottles must have >200 ppm quat or 100 ppm bleach. This violation corrected at the time of this inspection. The sanitizer dispenser needs to be repaired to provide adequate sanitizer concentration. |
116 | Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: The is an ice build up in one of the walk in freezer. The thermometer in this freezer is not operational. Corrective Action: The reason of the ice build up should be investigated and a new temperature sensor/thermometer should be installed. |

Corrective Action: Please be aware that the alcohol based hand sanitizers only work when the hands are clean. Installing a hand sanitizer dispenser in the washroom may result in the employees using the hand sanitizer when they should be using the hand soap. The hand sanitizer dispenser must be removed. |
