Observation: The sanitizer spray bottle does not have any sanitizer in it. The sanitizer dispenser is not dispensing any detectable sanitizer in the solution.
Corrective Action: Sanitizer spray bottles must have >200 ppm quat or 100 ppm bleach. This violation corrected at the time of this inspection. The sanitizer dispenser needs to be repaired to provide adequate sanitizer concentration.
116   Repeat Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: The is an ice build up in one of the walk in freezer. The thermometer in this freezer is not operational.
Corrective Action: The reason of the ice build up should be investigated and a new temperature sensor/thermometer should be installed.

Observation: The hand wash station in the employee washroom has a hand sanitizer dispenser along with the hand soap dispenser.
Corrective Action: Please be aware that the alcohol based hand sanitizers only work when the hands are clean. Installing a hand sanitizer dispenser in the washroom may result in the employees using the hand sanitizer when they should be using the hand soap. The hand sanitizer dispenser must be removed.

General observations:
1.All the temperatures are meeting health requirements.
2.Both the dishwashers are sanitizing at >71 Degree Celsius at the manifold.
3. Temperature logs are being maintained.
