105. Foods are cooling quickly on ice or moved to refrigeration after 45 minutes.
108.1.Final rise of high temp dishwasher >82C (monitored with thermolabel, but gauges not checked); staff is also spraying with 100ppm chlorine solution after cycle.
108.2.Wiping cloths in food prep area and front service area are stored in 100ppm chlorine solution.
113.Wall-mounted liquid soap and paper towels available for handwashing in food prep area.
118. Permit to Operate posted in view of public.
