Observation: Sani buckets for wiping cloths were not filled at time of inspection
Corrective Action: Ensure that sani buckets are filled at all times and replaced at least every 2 hours during operation. Sani cloths must be immersed to be effective.
113   Improper Sanitary Facilities
Observation: Washroom across from the rear entrance door does not have a self closing device
Corrective Action: Install a self closing device on the washroom adjacent to the rear entrance door so that the washroom is not open to the kitchen.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Sani concentration levels are not monitored.
Corrective Action: Record quat sanitizer concentrations in a daily start-up log
