Comments:
Items from previous report have been addressed. All pizza and sausage rolls now stored in the refrigerated display case. Line cooler has been repaired. Cleaning behind and underneath equipment has been completed as requested. Staff have been scheduled for FoodSafe training as required. Cleaning checklists provided to operator for use in the facility.
