Comments:
A routine inspection was conducted; the following observations were made:
- All refrigeration and freezer temperatures met regulatory requirements - freezers need to be defrosted.
- Dishwasher sanitizing rinse tested 50ppm.
- No concerns noted with food storage or food handling.
- All foods on display are packaged and/or protected from contamination.
- No signs of pest activity noted within premises.
- Hand washing facilities availble.
- Premises is generally clean and well maintained.
