Comments:

General Observations:
- All refrigeration temperatures met regulatory requirements.
- Cooking temperature of chili measured >74C.
- Hot holding food temperatures measured >60C.
- Quat sanitizing solution for food contact surfaces tested 200ppm.
- High temp dishwasher final rinse tested 76.6C measured at the plate.
- Hand washing stations were equipped with liquid soap and paper towel.
- No concerns noted with food storage or food handling.
- No signs of pest activity were noted during today's visit.
- General sanitation of premises is acceptable.
- Foodsafe trained staff on site at time of inspection.
- Temperature logs were up-to-date.
- Thermometers noted in all coolers.

As noted in past inspection reports, downstairs needs to be better organized. Store pop palates away from the wall in order to facilitate monitoring for pest activity. Some additional shelving would also be helpful to better organize the area.

The wall behind the pizza oven will also need to be resurfaced in the near future - this was discussed during today's inspection.
