Follow-up inspection regarding areas outlined in Order issued 23/11/04.
-Final rinse in high temperature dishwasher has been repaired and is reaching acceptable temperature for sanitizing. Gauges are operational and internal temperature confirmed with a thermometer and a Thermolabel.
-The use of multi-service dishware and utensils for customer service is now permissible.
-All areas outlined in Order are in compliance.

CONDITIONS OF PERMIT
1.Any alteration to menu requires an approved food safety plan.
2.FoodSafe trained personnel must be on site at all times during operation.
