Keep walk-in freezer maintained and remove ice build-up on a regular basis (operator has contacted repair-person to have walk-in freezer door repaired). |

Comments:
The following items have been completed since last inspection:
- Weather-stripping has been installed on bottom of rear kitchen door.
- Holes in rear kitchen door have been sealed.
- Soups thawed under refrigeration.
- Soups heated to 74C on stove, prior to transferring to hot-holding unit (soups hot-held above 60C).
- Any soup remaining in hot-holding unit at end of day, is discarded.
- All food and equipment stored on shelving a minimum of 6 inches up off floor.
- All chemicals and cleaning products stored in designated location separate from food storage areas.
- Hooks provided to hang mops to dry.
- Hoses stored outside of sink.
- Thorough cleaning conducted of premise.
- In-house processed jams and jellies, removed from sale.
