Corrective Action: -Ensure enhanced cleaning is conducted underneath the oven and in line cooler areas as well as inside the line cooler adjacent to the motors -Provide a sealable lid to the large container used to store corn flour. -Provide light covers for the lights with missing covers -Replace all the missing ceiling tiles
