Incompliance items:
- The dishwasher is providing >50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
-The mechanical glass washer is providing more than 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse water.
-Refrigeration temperatures below 4 degree Celsius.
-Hand washing facilities are satisfactory.
- In compliance for the conditions on permit. i.e. No grease laden vapors, only serving originally approved menu items.
-Foodsafe certified food handlers available.
-Maintenance of facility is satisfactory.
-Food storage practices appear to be satisfactory.
