Observation: Employee shoes and clothes are being stored in kitchen. The size of the kitchen is too small to allow to use it for this purpose.
Corrective Action: Do not store employee shoes and clothes in the kitchen.

Observation: Food service permit is not posted.
Corrective Action: Please post the food service permit in a conspicuous location. A replacement permit can be requested from the EHO.
803   Premises is free of conditions which lead to harboring/breeding of pests (Sec 26(b)
Observation: The door seal on the back sliding door in the brewery section is broken leaving a potential rodent/pest entry point. This premises is currently not monitored by a pest control professional.
Corrective Action: Please ensure that any potential pest entry points into the building are plugged. Recommend a regular contract with a pest control professional.

Comments:

Discussed the results of this inspection with the manager Colin Pyre.

Incompliance items:
- The dishwasher is providing >50 ppm chlorine in the rinse cycle.
-The mechanical glass washer is providing more than 12.5 ppm iodine in the rinse water.
-Refrigeration temperatures below 4 degree Celsius.
-Hand washing facilities are satisfactory.
- In compliance for the conditions on permit. i.e. No grease laden vapors, only serving originally approved menu items.
-Foodsafe certified food handlers available.
-Maintenance of facility is satisfactory.
-Food storage practices appear to be satisfactory.
