Observation: Wood flooring behind front service counter showing signs of wear and damage. Floor surface is no longer easily cleanable.
Corrective Action: New flooring is required behind front service counter. Flooring in food service areas should be smooth, non-absorbent, durable, easy-to-clean, free of cracks and crevices (wood flooring not recommended). Operator has plans to re-do this floor area in the next few months.
