Corrective Action: All the potentially hazardous foods in this cooler were discarded at the time of this inspection. Some potentially hazardous items recently transferred from the walk in cooler were relocated back to the walk in cooler.The cooler must be repaired as soon as possible and in the mean time a 2 hour time control must be used as a temporary measure while storing any potentially hazardous item on the line cooler. |
115 | Inadequate Insect / Rodent Control Observation: Grain beetle infestation: The area around the dough rolling machine has been cleaned. The dough rolling machine itself has been partially cleaned. Corrective Action: A pest control professional must be hired. The dough rolling machine must be dismantled and cleaned of any remaining flour or insects before starting to use it for rolling dough. |
