Observation: The final rinse temperature gauge on the dishwasher is no accurate.
Corrective Action: Repair replace the final rinse temperature gauge.

Observation: Mechanical dishwasher is still not reaching 71 degree Celsius on the dishes. The operator advises that he has consulted the technician who has diagnosed the temperature of the incoming water as the problem. Currently this facility has one 40 gallon hot water tank.
Corrective Action: The operator to install an additional hot water tank or take any additional corrective actions that may be required to get 82 degree Celsius temperature on the rinse gauge. The target completion date one week from the date of this inspection. In the meantime, the operator to continue manually sanitize the dishes after running through the dishwasher.
604   Adequate handwashing stations at convenient locations are available for employees (Sec 21 (4))
Observation: The knob on the hand washing station has not been repaired.
Corrective Action: The operator to replace the faucet or repair the knob on the hand sink/double sink within a week.

Comments:

Some cleaning has been done in the kitchen.

The lighting in the dry storage room was not checked at the time of this inspection.
Most of the violation on the previous inspection remains unocorrected.
