Observation: Butter and Garlic butter stored at room temperature at time of inspection. Garlic butter temperature at time of inspection was 28 degrees Celsius.
Corrective Action: Garlic butter discarded at time of inspection. Ensure that garlic butter is stored at 4 degrees or lower as this is a botulism concern. If soft garlic butter is desired, use a container that is small enough containers so that all the garlic butter will be used within 2 hours and discard any leftover butter after 2 hours.

Observation: No sanitizer buckets used at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Second request. Ensure that all surface wiping cloths are stored in a solution of 200ppm quats during operation for periodic cleaning of surfaces. Ensure that all staff are aware of this procedure.

Observation: Eggs stored above ready to eat foods. All other foods were neatly divided, packaged and properly stored
Corrective Action: Store eggs with the other raw foods.

Corrective Action: Ensure that potatoes are stored off the floor at all times,

Observation: Knives are being stored between equipment.
Corrective Action: Provide an easily cleanable container for the knives (for example, a knife rack that can run through the dishwasher, a magnet strip, or plastic container).

Observation: Chemical Spray bottle containers not properly labelled.
Corrective Action: Ensure chemical spray bottles are labelled to avoid confusion between chemicals and so that, when refilling the bottles, the chemicals are consistantly in the same containers.

Observation: Paper towel dispenser in men's washroom is broken.
Corrective Action: Fix the paper towel dispenser or replace it.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Some cleaning required on wire shelving next to rear prep area and on the shelving below the walk in cooler condenser fans.
Corrective Action: Complete this cleaning regularly.

Observation: No temperature logs.
Corrective Action: Provide temperature monitoring logs for all the coolers and hot holding units. Monitor temperatures twice daily.

Comments:

Premises generally clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection except for item 105 above.
