Ensure that garlic butter is stored at 4 degrees or lower as this is a botulism concern. If soft garlic butter is desired, use a container that is small enough containers so that all the garlic butter will be used within 2 hours and discard any leftover butter after 2 hours. |

Premises generally clean and well maintained. All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection except for item 105 above.
