Observation: Sanitizer is present in the wiping cloth trays and utensils are being changed every 2 hours as per Starbucks' food safety plan, however sanitizer concentration in the trays (as tested after approximately 1.75 hrs) is less than 50ppm Quats.
Corrective Action: Ensure that 200ppm quats is present at all times by increasing the volume of solution so that the entire cloth is covered with sanitizer solution. Submit via email Starbucks' written plan with respect to maintaining wiping rags for surface sanitizing.

Comments:

A self closing door latch has been provided for the washroom doors and the cardboard container used to store milk jugs has been replaced with an easily cleanable container as requested on previous report. Thank you.
