Observation: Refrigerated salad/sandwich station not maintaining adequate cold temperatures.
Corrective Action: Foods requiring refrigeration must be maintained at 4C, or below. Replenish ice frequently under foods, to maintain temperature of 4C. Keep potentially hazardous foods out for less than 2 hour periods, if temperatures cannot be maintained at 4C (deli meat, cheese). Repair sandwich unit so temperatures of 4C can be maintained mechanically, without the aid of ice.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Men's staff washroom - tank cover missing/flush handle broken.
Corrective Action: Replace toilet tank cover in men's staff washroom. Repair toilet flush handle.
