403  Critical Cold potentially hazardous foods are stored/displayed at or below 4 degrees C (Sec 14(2))
Observation: None of the two undercounter coolers previously identified as running warm are able to maintain less than 4 degree Celsius.
Corrective Action: Remove all the food from these coolers and repair them so that they can maintain 4 degree Celsius or less temperature.. Do not directly put the hot food into the cooler without bringing it to room temperature.

Comments:

A follow up inspection required. The operator is advised that any repeated refrigerator temperature related violation may result in a violation ticket $345.
