The pop syrup storage area must be addressed with respect to this issue - re-organize this area or ensure that it receives enhanced cleaning so that it does not serve as an attractant to pests. 116	Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment Observation: Backsplash to the pre-wash sink requires replacement. Corrective Action: Refinish the backsplash with a surface that is smooth, non-porous, easily cleanable and tightly sealed to prevent the ingress of water (laminate is not an acceptable surface for the backsplash).

Cleaning and organization has improved since last inspection. Much of the unnecessary equipment has been removed. Thank you
