Corrective Action: Repair cooler doors to ensure that they are sealed properly.

Observation: Glasses and beverages containers are being stored in drink ice in the bar.
Corrective Action: Ensure that only clean and sanitized utensils come in contact with drink ice; do not place glassware directly in the ice.
