This is an initial inspection for this facility.
No objection to opening of this facility provided following items are addressed:
1. A back flow prevention device is needed on the janitorial sink.
2. The floor near the back door entrance needs to be sealed/finished to make it easily cleanable.
Please be advised the food service allowed will be limited to the menu items submitted with the original application to the health department. Any future changes in the menu will require approval from the Environmental Health Officer.
