Observation: Some additional strucutral items require repair in the premises such as broken tiles, holes in the walls along the back hallway, broken cieling tiles.
Corrective Action: These items must be repaired by the next routine inspection. Ensure that all floor, wall and cieliong surfaces are [porperly sealed and consturceted of smooth, non porous and easily cleanable materials.
116   Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Cleaning is required in the bar area underneath the shleves as well as the compressor for the bar fridge.
Corrective Action: Ensure this cleaning is conducted regularly.
803   Premises is free of conditions which lead to harboring/breeding of pests (Sec 26(b)
Observation: Many flies noted in the premises.
Corrective Action: Implement fly control measures in the premises such as screens, fans, chemical deterrents, fly lights and sticky traps. Also, ensure that staff are aware of the issue and respond accordingly during periods of peak activity to close outside doors during hot sunny days to prevent fly entry. Re-inspection on October 11th to assess fly control measures.

Comments:

All protective temperatures meet regulatory requirements at time of inspection. Dishwasher and glass washer dispense the appropriate amount of chemical sanitizer.
