4.Seal at wall/floor join beneath dishwasher and sink.

-renovation to facility... combining wholesale bakery into existing facility.
-ice machine and cappuccino machine not yet connected.
-permission to re-open given on 03/02/04.

CONDITIONS OF PERMIT
1.An updated Food Safety Plan is required by 09 February 2004.
2.FoodSafe trained personnel must be on site at all times during operation.
3.A janitorial sink and adequate storage facilities for cleaning compounds and equipment must be installed by 20 February 2004.
4.Written authorization must be received from District of Squamish Building Inspector regarding Exhaust, Ventilation, Plumbing, Fire Suppression on or before 29 February 2004.
*Permit to Operate will be withdrawn and facility closed if Conditions are not met.
