Observation: Raw breaded chicken is being stored above ready-to-eat food.
Corrective Action: Raw meat products must be stored below ready-to-eat food at all times to prevent contamination.

Comments:

Areas that have been addressed since the previous inspection (July 23, 2007):
1. Water used for storing pasta dies is being changed on a more frequent basis.
2. General cleanliness has improved - a cleaning schedule is still required; additional attention must be given to cleaning surfaces such as cooler handles.
3. All pasta sauces were being held at proper temperatures.
