Comments:

Windex was still noted in one of the surface cleaner sanitizer bottles - staff member agreed to change immediately. Both sanitizer and food contact surface cleaner now provided ready-diluted at mop sink, additional lighting now provided in dry food store, miso sauce now stored in food grade container, lighting above stove now repaired, damaged fridge drawer seals on order, smoothie mixing jug still being stored in ice sink on ice for consumption - informed Floor Manager of poor practice who agreed to keep sink clear.
