Outstanding items pending from routine inspection conducted on June 18, 2010:
1. Screens needs to be installed for kitchen window and back door to prevent pest access.
2. Laminate counter top needs to be replaced so that the surface is smooth, durable and easy to clean. Operator informed that stainless steel counter top will be replaced.
3. Shelf liners which stores glass wares will be replaced so that the surface is smooth, durable and easy to clean.

The operator informed that the 3 outstanding items will be corrected in 2 months.
