Corrective Action: Dishwasher sanitizing rinse must provide chlorine concentration of 100ppm. Use single-service cups, or handwash dishes/utensils until dishwasher repaired (wash/rinse/sanitize/air-dry). Provide test strips and test sanitizer concentration daily. Maintain daily sanitation log. |

- Milk fridge temperature recorded 3C = good.
- Clean, wiping cloths stored in sanitizing solution (200ppm Quats) = good.
- Liquid handsoap and paper towels available at handwash station = good. (Please keep handwash station in back area accessible)
