Comments:

First routine inspection after opening.
No concerns identified at the time of this inspection. Following items observed/discussed at the time of this inspection.
1.The glass washer is sanitizing at >12.5 ppm iodine concentration.The dishwasher in the kitchen is sanitizing at > 50 ppm chlorine concentration. The operator is advised to keep a log of iodine and chlorine concentrations in the glass washer and the dishwasher and to provide iodine and chlorine test strips for that purpose.
2.Hand sinks are supplied with the soap and paper towels.
3.All temperatures are meeting health requirements.
4.All the items in the initial inspection report has been corrected.
