Follow-up inspection conducted today. Items corrected from March 15, 2013 report:
1- Dishwasher now achieves 71C measured at the plate
2- Temperature logs are now maintained for all refrigeration units

Outstanding items:
1- Flooring (follow-up on Tuesday April 2nd at 2:30pm)
2- Light covers
3- Dish area redesign
4- Relocate condensate drip tray on back of freezer
5- Reorganize chemical storage in dishwashing area (raise shelf above sinks)
6- Pest proof back door (follow-up on Tuesday April 2nd at 2:30)
7- Designated hand sink for staff
