Comments:
A site visit was conducted to follow-up on items identified during the routine inspection completed on October 2, 2013.
- Sanitizer dispenser has been serviced and is now delivering 200ppm.
- Backflow prevention device has been tested.
Outstanding items:
- Fruit flies continue to be an issue however staff are working with head office to explore all possible solutions. In the mean time all areas are thoroughly washed and sanitized regularly to remove any food debris or standing water.
