110. (1) All foods in walk-in coolers stored minimum 6 inches up off floor.
(2) All cleaning products stored in designated location in cupboard with a door
(3) Thermometers provided inside all fridges and freezers. Temperature logs maintained daily
115. Weather-stripping has been installed on bottom of rear door, to prevent possible entry of pests.
116. Bare wood above sinks has been painted, to provide a suface that is smooth and non-absorbent.
