Comments:
Operation is leased by Coast Range Heli Skiing during the winter months. A new permit must be obtained by Coast Range Heli Skiing to take responsibility for the food service that occurs during these months. Application form sent to operator of Coast Range Heli Skiing with this inspection report. Please provide a completed application form to obtain a permit. Food service includes the heating of soups and the provision of pre-wrapped sandwiches for food service during heli-skiing. Facility includes a commercial dishwasher that reaches the required sanitizing temperature. Facility is generally clean and well maintained. No concerns noted at time of inspection.
