Observation: Scoops for ice was stored directly in the ice machine.
Corrective Action: Ensure that ice scoops are stored in a separate receptacle outside of the ice machine to prevent the risk of cross contamination. The operator immediately corrected this for the scoops in the kitchen and the bar.

Additional comments:
1. Quats sanitizing solution can be diluted to 200ppm for food contact surfaces and verified using test strips.
2. The staff washroom needs a self closing latch for staff washroom to ensure automatic closure to the kitchen.
3. Please provide the following documents:
-Copy of New Menu
-Updated Food Safety Plan
-Diagram and description of BBQ service area for patio (including menu of foods served, separate food safety plan and planned dates of operation). BBQ service, menu and layout of equipment will have to be approved prior to starting service this summer.
