Comments:

This is an initial inspection for this facility.
All the construction is according to the approved plans. At the time of this inspection, general food safety and sanitation procedures were discussed with the Dairy Queen employee trainer.

The following items needs to be addressed before this facility can open for business:
1. A proof of manager's food safe level 1 training or equivalent is required. The operator to ensure that there is always at least one person with the Food Safe Level 1 training working on site. This may involve sending one or more employees for the Food Safe Level 1 training.
2. A copy of the food safety plan required.
3. The general facility information as requested by the EHO during the last visit is required.
4. A paper towel dispenser needs to be provided at a convenient location near the hand washing station. Another paper towel dispenser is highly recommended at the three compartment sink.
